What Is an Electric Pressure Washer Used For?
An electric pressure washer drives a high-pressure pump from a mains motor, making it the practical choice wherever power is available and quiet, fume-free operation matters. Car washes, vehicle workshops, food premises, warehouses, building facades and machinery cleaning all sit in this category.
Because there is no engine, it starts instantly, needs no fuel handling and can be used indoors without ventilation concerns. Where the work is mobile or off-grid, a gasoline pressure washer is the better fit.
For bulk buyers, the deciding factor is rarely the machine but the site. Available supply, single or three-phase wiring, duty hours per day, and whether the unit stays in one bay or moves between them will narrow the choice faster than any spec sheet.

Going Up the Range Buys Pressure, Not Speed
This is the most useful thing to understand about our electric pressure washer line, and the specifications show it plainly. From the 2.2 kW model to the 7.5 kW model, working pressure rises from 100 bar to 250 bar — two and a half times. Flow rises from 11 to 14 litres per minute and then stops: 4 kW, 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW all sit at 14 L/min.
Pressure releases dirt; flow carries it away and covers area. So a customer who says the machine is weak is asking for more pressure and will be satisfied by moving up the range. A customer who says it is slow is asking for more flow, and a bigger motor in this family will not give them any.
That single distinction resolves most enquiries in this category, and it is worth asking before quoting anything: is the complaint about what the machine cannot remove, or about how long it takes?

Single-Phase or Three-Phase: How Do You Decide?
Single-phase units connect to ordinary premises supply and suit smaller workshops, detailing bays and light commercial cleaning. Three-phase units require industrial supply and are intended for heavier, longer duty.
The decision is made by the building, not by preference. Confirm what supply the customer actually has before quoting, because an electric pressure washer specified for the wrong phase cannot be adapted on arrival. Voltage and frequency must match the destination market for the same reason.
If there is no suitable supply, or the customer works across scattered sites, redirect toward engine-driven equipment rather than making a mains machine fit. A diesel pressure washer covers continuous off-grid duty, and carries more flow than anything in the electric line.

What Should Distributors Check Before a Bulk Order?
Confirm voltage, frequency and phase first, then hose length and accessory configuration, then packaging and labelling. Settling these before production is far cheaper than discovering a mismatch after the container ships.
Plan replacement parts at the same time. Seals, lances, hoses and nozzles are consumables on any electric pressure washer, and a distributor who supplies them locally keeps the customer.
